About 11psi
You’re not making 778 @ 11psi. With a turbo(s) and a manual yes.

You were probably closer to 12-12.5psi on the stock pulley.

Do you have any before/after 60-130 times in the same DA after the change?

I do think 778 rwhp on a gen 3 motor and 10r80 on e85 is pretty normal because of the higher compression. Heres my dyno on 3.875 pulley whipple

I think, at this point, all things being equal, and I know that's a stretch, but the O2's have to be the issue, if you are truly coming up that short.

The ysi does best at or above max speed. So you might not see bigger power jumps until you get to 20+ psi. At least that is my understanding, maybe beefcake will chime in.

My Si trim used to turns circles around my YSI at the same boost level. Bigger blower turning slower=laggy slow response. Once I asked 25psi from that YSI though, it was much happier and picked up 240whp.
I don’t know why people keep buying 1200+whp blowers and only run 9-13psi on the S550. :)
