You would need a center seatbelt receiver and you'd need a bolt for the outer lower seat belt to mount to the chassis. I run the quickfit in my GT350.

Looking at Tasca's part site, they only list one second row receiver, they call it:
"Buckle, Right
Coupe. Mustang. Second row. Convertible, from 03/30/2105"
The second item 4 on this page:

Are both sides the same? That doesn't seem correct.
There's a lot of screw choices as well.
