How many PMAS air intake kit users are experiencing rev hang? I have one on my 2019 Bullitt and whenever I press in the clutch to come to a stop, my idle speed hangs between 1500-1800 for several seconds before dropping back down to the normal idle speed of 750 rpm.

My tuner said this was a PMAS issue, as the MAF sensor gets hit with turbulent air And a tune won’t fix that.

I was just curious as to whether anyone has figured out how to lessen the hang time or improve this condition? Thanks

My Bullitt is stock 2019 and when it’s cold does the same only change is a green filter.

Does it go away completely on your car after it’s warmed up Or just improve a little? Does your green filter have a bell cone (open cone on the end)?

Yes it goes away only when cold. Filter is not open on the end.
Copy that. Thank you! Man these cars are so darn sensitive and this hanging idle issue annoys the crap out of me. The car runs great otherwise though.

Mine too. 90 mile a day daily driver 26 smiles per gallon....except when I need to get by them.
