I charged there on my one road trip longer than a full charge. The BBQ place right next to it wasn't bad (for CA BBQ). Wanted to see what a trip needing charging was like, so left the Mustang home this time. Prefer to not need to eat BBQ (or otherwise kill 20 minutes) while charging. Much grid electricity relies on fossil fuel or nukes which greenies hate as much. Nobody ever said they had any brains. I'm just grateful their shenanigans led to 3 (or less) second 0-60 cars.

I thought it was common sense by now, but maybe someone should repeat it every few years:
A stationary powerplant is WAY more efficient than a car engine, because of economies of scale, and because weight doesn't matter.
