They can try all they want to stand on their “no refund” policy but I doubt it will hold much water considering they have a contract with you to provide a service you paid for. That doesn’t give them carte blanche to push the delivery date ad infinitum.
I’d go ahead and bring the issue up with your bank and ask for their input. They’ll tell you if the no refund policy will have any impact on their decision.

Whats even funnier is his website's claiming to have 4 in stock, typical bait and switch tactics. Should use this screenshot with your info to your financial company as proof if you didnt take a shot of the page.

It does however say call for an ETA, which they wont answer but the eta I was given was2-3 weeks initially(3rd-4th week of April) then 1st week of May, then last week of May which yeilds an ETA of 1st week of June. Evolved was correct, does not give them Ad infinitum to push delivery dates no matter what. Especially when they admit the reason for the delay is because they changed CAD files

I know this thread is a little old but in January I was in with my new dark horse. They wanted to 3-D scan it. I first showed up and they said the guys flight got canceled out from California so I had to go back in a couple weeks, but I had to leave the car overnight and I was very nervous after seeing the cars in his shop. They were dirty And carbon fiber, falling off. Anyway, thinking I might get comped for carbon fiber I left it. It is now the end of June and no word, tons of excuses. But honestly, I don’t think I would take the car back now after reading so many bad reviews from them I don’t think I would trust them touching my car . In 2020 they went bankrupt. He claimed it was all because of Covid and a bad vendor part that was crumbling on peoples cars. Yes, I don’t think they should have a business license if someone should step in and shut them down buyer beware!

When the CF wing was first being talked about he came onto the spotlight touting the wing and showing off he can make them, I warned everyone then in that thread and on the FB group (actually called him out that his was an anderson composite wing and he got bent at me for it), didnt trust him then and for good reason.
