Does anybody know how to tell if you actually received the Adjustable Strut Top Mounts on a Handling Package Mach 1 ? There seems to be a lot of questions out there regarding this subject, we’re they installed at the factory or a dealer install. What should I look for to be sure my car has them installed?

my memory is a little vague, but there are some earlier threads on this. I think also in the GT350 area. I think you should be able to see this label

They are factory installed. As stated above, you’ll see that part number (LR3V-18183-AB, LR3V-18184-AB) on them. Also, there will be a fourth “pin” sticking out of the top of the shock tower.

Yes, you have them and if you are handy with some basic tools you can remove the 3 set screws to allow them to be adjustable. Requires you to have a floor jack and ability to remove the top mount nuts so you can lower the whole strut assembly (don't forget to disconnect the ride height sensor) and remove the set screws through the strut top opening. There are plenty of videos on this.

Is it more difficult to adjust these FP camber plates (M-18183-MDH (overall part number); LR3V-18183-AB (passenger side); LR3V-18184-AB (drivers side)) than aftermarket ones such as the Maximum Motorsports Mustang Caster Camber Plates or the BMR Caster/Camber Plates?

Seems like the set screws make this more difficult.

I lowered my car with the FP 2015-2023 Mustang Street Lowering Spring Kit (M-5300-XA) and my alignment guy could not get the camber perfect on the front.

I'm going to remove the front struts and install camber plates and bring it back to him.

I prefer to stick with Ford parts but I don't want camber adjustment to be difficult. Should I be worried about the set screws?
