FordPass Update

[The Demon]

My phone updated FordPass a little while ago and for the life for me I can’t find now where I can see oil life and tire pressure. The only thing I can find is what unit of measure you want it in. Has anybody gotten this update and can enlighten me if I’m being dumb?

Mine too. I also find no way to enter self-maintenance (oil change, air filter replacement etc.)

The latest update seems quirky for me as well, Mine sometimes now thinks my car is on (but it is off) can see my oil life through the vehicle health, but other car I have on it shows 0% fuel left but car still had 1/4 tank with 100 miles to empty

I to noticed the app had been updated.

My first attempt was to login via my cell phone. It failed. Could not recognize account or password.

My second attempt was to login using a MacBook and Chome at the Ford Web Site. It failed.

https://www.ford.com/support/ (click on the "people" icon in the upper-right for login prompt).

Selected "forgot password". Was sent an e-mail with a verification code, which I entered at the Ford site.

After the Ford site accepted my e-mail account as being under my control, it allowed me to change my password. I re-entered the password I had been using.

All access, computer and cell, have now been restored. Any of the data I look at appears correct.

Sometimes during an app refresh, companies will intentionally do the above, to confirm still active and uncompromised accounts. I'm speculating Ford might have done same with this update. To my account anyway.

Or the new app sucks. That to.
