It’s based on the Mustang GT Convertible and tuned to deliver over 700 horsepower, and with its standard six-speed manual transmission the car will hit 60 mph from rest in just 3.5 seconds. The top speed is 195 mph, and to ensure owners can extract the most out of the car they’ll also receive a two-day driver training course at the Ford Racing School.
Key performance upgrades include a custom supercharger, new headers, a Magnaflow exhaust, stiffened suspension, 20-inch wheels, uprated Brembo brakes, and sticky Nitto tires. The car also comes with a modified body which includes a carbon fiber tonneau cover with ‘speed’ arches, plus a unique livery and aero aids all ‘round.
Just 100 of these bad boys will be built, and if the speed at which past Neiman Marcus specials have sold out is any indication these Mustangs won’t last long at all. If you’re interested, you can reserve one by calling 1-888-756-0775, beginning promptly at noon EDT on October 13, 2015. Pricing is set at $95,000 and with each sale Neiman Marcus will donate $1,000 to The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation.
