Worm kinda stain in wheels

Hey guys, Car is a 15 LE I bough new around 1 month ago. I was washing the car today when I noticed the stain. It was not there the last time I washed it. Any idea what can be the cause and if it will be covered under warranty?

I don't see a stain but I do see what looks like a curb rash on the rim.

Is actually a stain, not a curb rash. That was the first thing I verified and surface is as smooth as the rest of the wheel.

I always use 3M Adhesive Remover to clean the "dots" off the tires and any unusual dirt on the wheel that doesn't come off with a wash.

Pretty sure the wheels are clear coated so any clear coat polish will work.

It looks like the clear coat got scratched or was applied badly, moisture got under it and caused the aluminum to oxidize. It will creep and get worse over time if not repaired.
