Will a GT exhaust bolt on to an EcoBoost?

We are getting close to prototyping our Twincharger system for the EcoBoost and we are interested in running the MBRP Race dual 3" GT exhaust, our thought was to run the downpipe to one side and the external wastegate into the other side. Will the GT exhaust bolt right in OR are the hangers and locations different on the GT?
