Will 2007 GT500 factory wheels clear the GTPP brakes?

Hello folks - Need to see if anyone has tested this or knows where I can get info on if the factory 2007 Shelby GT500 wheels will clear the front GTPP 6 pots? I am sure the rears will clear the brakes with no issues.

I am looking to get a set of these for a cheap track day setup and running a square 275 or 285 setup on it.


Also for drag racing. I still have my factory 2003 10th Anniversary Cobra rear wheels (17x9) on the Nitto drag radials that I would like to use for the strip.

Anyone run that setup yet on the rear of the S550 and if it clears the rear brakes?

I am going to search around too so I can update what I find if no one has any info.

I found the factory specs of the GT500 wheel from 2007-2009.

5-lug, 4.5" bolt circle
7.125" backspacing
45 mm offset
18" x 9.5" wide
24 lb each wheel

Correct, as stated Todd I have a client with the GT500 and GTpp he confirmed the GT500 wheels will not work on the GT PP but the GT PP wheels will clear.

This is due to inner barrel clearance issues.

Just confirmed the Cobra wheels will fit on my GTPP!! I know have my drag wheel setup
