Ok, so after two weeks of bad luck I finally got the car running! Question is when I kill the motor it gives off kind of a fart sound, as if the by pass valve is closing and bleeding off air? Anyone else have this strange sound?

You are on to something with the bypass valve. Similar to turbo compressor surging/fluttering.

WHIPPLE FART FTW! - so in for video.

Could be an old bike tire hose mistakenly attached to exhaust tip. Easy install mistake.

That was so funny I had to share with some of my Subaru friends!

I'd bet you hearing the IC pump. I hear it every time I shut the car down. I think everyone does.

Almost guarantee it's the IC pump shutting down. It gives that "ppffff" sound the second you shut the car down.

I hope your right! I have had shit luck with this install, none of which is Whipples fault i might add. The biggest PITA was a broken crank bolt.
