Yesterday. Got it home and unpacked from the Road America trip. Lorne, Keith, sorry I didn't connect with you guys while I was there. I was pretty consumed learning the track Saturday. Mega-fast cars in Advanced all weekend. Enjoyed meeting and chatting with Chris, very much appreciated the tips and Rented Mule shirt! Pleased with my times considering first weekend there with fresh tires. Will make a few tweaks before Daytona in June. Wonderful experience, great track with great people.

Glad everything went well and that you had a great time on the track. RA is a different animal for sure. I'm sorry we didn't connect as well. Wasn't even sure where you had parked at first and then never got around to scoping out the other areas. It's a big place.

Finally got rid of the plastic egg. My oil separator was feeling lonely so I'd figure I'd cram this thing up against it. Tight like a bizzaro world Kim Kardashian.

Ordered an APR GT250 wing about a 1.5 weeks ago. Now I sit and wait for it to arrive....

Nice. Did you get the plug for the rear decklid as well? I use one of their plugs with my Verus wing and it ties in great.

Finding an orange fury trunklid that's wingless is nearly impossible.

Biggest difference is 2062 has a plastic center core, 2087 has metal center core. Running change from Ford.

Is there any big advantage to using the FL-2087? Is the FL-2062 still a good filter to use?

I won't ever use a 2062, I think that plastic cage may deform under the heat and pressure of the oil. Just my opinion. Ford must have seen something to make the change.

2087 is the filter you should be running. 2062 technically works, but there are no downsides to running the improved 2087.

I guess that's why I see the FL-2062 filters so cheap. I'll be using the FL-2087 then. Learn something every day.
