14.5 is completely normal for our cars. The BMS we have constantly adjusts based on electrical load and charging needs. It will also protect the car in case of overcharging but that doesn’t kick in until 15.5v. When that happens you’ll lose a lot of systems like AC, Radio, Windows, BLIS, and you’ll have an idiot light and warning.
As long as your battery holds a static charge of 12.3-12.7 volts (for AGM and LA batts) and you don’t let it drain below 11 you’ll be fine.
