Very strange chirping/squeaking bird noise

I can't hear any squeaking in that video

It's hard to hear on the video but it's very loud inside the car, that's the best I could get it though on video

Possible blower motor squeak, does it change with different blower speeds or vent settings like defrost, floor, A/C on or off. If you turn the blower off do you still hear the squeak.

I can hear it with the ac and the fans off
