Ordered Track Package vehicle. Do either of the USB ports serve as an input to the base radio, or does the base radio allow Bluetooth connectivity? Sorry, Ford/Sync newby here.

The base radio allows for both USB and Bluetooth.

Its touchy though. I am looking at upgrading to something that is less hassle. My system tends to not communicate well with the iPhone an a very consistent basis and to fix it I have to unplug and re plug the phone back in.

My car does that too and I found out it was the cheap charger cable I was using. If you are not using an Apple charger it will do that.

I see, I will try a new apple charge cable and hopefully it will last more than 6 months.
