I noticed recently, that after driving, and when I turn my car off by pressing the start/stop button, that both the left/right signal indicators on the dash will flash once in parallel to turning off the car.

I don't recall this behavior before last week, so just want to ask if anyone else has the same behavior in your car?

Also, after this, if I cycle the engine after the above scenarios within 15s, the flashers do not blink.

Mine does it too once in a while. No idea why.

I noticed this the other day as well, can't say that I had seen it before. I will watch for it now to see if there is some sort of link to anything.

I just drove the car back to the office and it didn't do it the 3x I stopped before the office...

Mines done it. Not sure if I'm fat fingering the start button, or the pressure is pushing on the contact board hitting the button of the hazards.

Here's some things that you might consider trying, just to eliminate possible sources:

- Change headlight mode
- Check battery for key fob
- Make sure windows are completely up
- See if having the parking brake up/down matters
- For manual owners...see if being in gear matters or not
- Check remaining oil life
- Door open/closed

Or it's this.
