Those with android phones. Reading text messages?

My windows phone gave me an option when I got a text message through Sync. Do I want to read it or ignore it. I just got a galaxy s7 and there is no notification with Sync. What do I need to do? Thanks.

I have the S5 and all I did was connect to sync with blu tooth and the said yes to all the allow access questions on my phone when sync asked to access contacts, messages etc. Works fine for me, reads them too.

Maybe forget the connection and start fresh?

Check the sync setting from the Bluetooth settings, see if messages is checked off

issue is during pairing, when it asks "do u allow sync to retrieve messages" u have to choose "Allow" on ur phone few times, this is for android im talking.

you have to give sync permission to read your texts there should be a pop up after you connect it to bluetooth the first time.
