Yes, if you have the enhanced security alarm, and you try to jack the car up, the alarm will go off.

If you are changing your own wheels you would disable the alarm first...

I figure you it may be a dumb question, but will the alarm go off when jacking up a car in perimeter sensor mode?

I'm certainly no expert about the security system, but I assume if the doors are unlocked the perimeter sensor is not active.

On my GT (No enhanced security package) the alarm goes off at any vibration/knocking of the vehicle...even trucks starting up....this is exceptionally annoying
