I just got my core motor today. Getting it pulled apart for the machine work. This was a blower motor to start with. Goes to show what hypereutectic pistons and detonation does.

I love my Paxton. Is this motor you are building to swap your existing motor or did it blow and you are just rebuilding?

Wasn't mine. Found it on eBay, and the deal was too good to pass up. I was planing on building the motor before I put the sc on. I was just about to buy new heads to send off to have ported. I got the complet long block for the price of the heads. Plans are Manley pro I beams, 10:1, port and polish, for right now a boss intake (working on a billet one), comp cams (if they evere are released), pac valve springs, id1000's, fore fuel system, and tss gears. There are a few more goodies in the works also.

Would upload more picks, but for some reason it won't let me from the phone.

Everything else did look new. It was supposed to be 2k miles on it. Everything else looks like it was.

I rebuilt plenty of chevy motors on my day but this modular stuff is new
to me,what kinda cheese is involved in tearing one down and adding some
real pistons and oil pump.cam gear and what ever else Coyotes need to
be tougher?

It actually quite simple, and only pain is the timing chains. Looks intimidating, but not really.
