1 out of 137 is a little misleading. And this car shouldn't have sync 3.

Why is that misleading when that actually is what it is? why should it not have Sync 3?

Because 2015 mustangs did not have Sync 3, therefore a 2015 gt350 should have MFT

Well if anything I'd say one out of 100 because 37 of them are R models. In reality I'd say it was one of 50 since they did 50 track and 50 tech packs. Unless you go into the actual color/interior combo then it's even lower (force of habit from the audi world I guess).

Those are valid point if you wanna be really specific, and totally correct. As for Sync 3 though, it was stated from the outset that ALL GT350's would have Sync 3.

Oh I wasn't aware of that. That's a neat little perk on top of what is going to be an exceptionally rare car.

They are just floating a price out there, like any one of you would do if you owned something you believe would sell for big bucks. I would assume it won't sell that high, but they will probably end up getting significantly over MSRP.

That's exact right. They bought it from a dealership in Illinois just over the Missouri border. the dealership that sold it was originally asking $20K over. It would be interesting to see what the Illinois selling price was.

Side note - I know of another dealership that bought a 2015 from another dealer for $30 over and is now trying to sell it. :eyebulge:

Unlikely. When does a mark up turn into greed?

When it's double the retail price of the car. And thus is not an auction going to charity either. If that car is a base model gt350, I would bid at 48k.

Toyota chose which dealers would get the LFA so there would be an insane amount of markup. Gaudin wanting 100k for a base gt350 or one with an electronic pack is just greedy.
Why did they even stop at 100, should have went to $120,000. That way they are competing with Viper ACR'S price.
