That isn't modified. That's just tweeked IMHO. Even a Whipple 2.3 with stock TB and on 93 would be fine in my book.

LT's OR pipe, 26spline upgrade, twin disk, roll cage, E85, twin turbo swap...that would be considered modified in my book and a car I would not want to take on.

Any modification from stock is a modification to me, as 1) I have no idea how good the tune is, if there is one, 2) It leads me to believe it had a harder life than a stock vehicle.

a word of advice too. do NOT try to find a "deal" on a Terminator. it will have a lot of issues
