So I have a problem. Often (too often) when I attempt to hang up on a phone call, the sync system won't let go. What I mean by that is that while the timer stops at the proper time say 55 seconds, the system refuses to respond to new imput. If I try to go to bluetooth for music, it's a no. Often it also won't let me access radio, sirius.... The sync screen will show that the call is still active but won't accept a hang up.

Has anyone else had this difficulty and if so has there been resolution?

Thanks in advance for any constructive imput.

As an addition, let me say that I have never had a car that drops satelite radio so frequently. The sync in my 2011 5.0 worked much more consistantly than this car. FRUSTRATING.

Hi eric n,

I recommend trying a system reset. Press and hold both the SEEK UP and the RADIO POWER button. After about 5 seconds, the screen will go black. Allow 1-2 minutes for it to complete. This reset is intended to restore functionality and will not erase any information previously stored in the system.

Keep me posted.

it is your phone more then the car. just reboot both to be sure.

I have it happen every now and then. A reboot of both fixes it.

Well, I had rebooted the phone several times but to no avail. I tried Shaay's suggesting for resetting the sync system and thus far it has worked like a charm.... Thanks Shay, hopefully it'll be pretty consistent from here on out.
