Stored For Winter

I took delivery of my car and put it right into storage for the winter. I am happy to have the car but I only got to drive it from the dealership to my garage. I look forward to warm weather and clear roads. It is stored sitting on race ramp flat stoppers and inside a pressurized, filtered car capsule. Have any of you seen something similar before? It looks like a giant toy still in the wrapper LOL!

It cost almost $400. It surrounds the car with filtered air that prevents humidity, corrosion, dust etc... It also prevents dents and dings fro accidental impacts like from falling objects or kids being kids. When the gray Aliens give us force field technology I will upgrade but until then I will store my GT 350 in that bubble.

That's pretty dang cool!! If it was fast and easy to setup I'd think about using this in the parking lot at work!! ha-ha!!! Yes, some stalls have access to power.

They do have an outdoor version. It takes about 20 minutes to set up.

Cool. Filtered air, yes. I'd think that the humidity inside the bubble is whatever it is in your garage, though - unless it has a dehumidifier.

Agreed. Just blowing air into a bubble does not dehumidify. It's possible there is a reduction in humidity as the heat from the blower may reduce it.... You should probably run a dehumidifier in the garage for the full effect. I run one in mine and it stays at about 50%.

Still a very cool bubble, I've always wanted one!!!
