You asked and we listened! Our Steeda S550 reverse lock-out collars are available in billet aluminum or delrin, sure to match any interior!

Steeda S550 Mustang Billet Aluminum Reverse Lock-Out Collar (15-16 GT/EcoBoost/V6)

Steeda S550 Mustang Delrin Reverse Lock-Out Collar (15-16 GT/EcoBoost/V6)

Product Benefits
- Completely replaces your flimsy plastic factory reverse lock-out collar
- Avoid losing reverse capabilities due to broken factory lock-out collar
- Solid one piece design
- 6061 brushed billet aluminum or delrin for strength and style
- Easy installation, only takes minutes
- Steeda quality, lifetime warranty
- Made in the USA

The one big downside to the S550's stock reverse pull up collar is the materials used are cheap and wear/break after prolonged use. The plastic components in the reverse lock-out mechanism on your GT, EcoBoost or V6 shifter were not made to stand the test of time or prolonged use, once broken you will find yourself stuck and unable to engage your pony into reverse.

Our Steeda S550 Mustang Billet Aluminum and Delrin Reverse Lock-Out Collars are a solid one piece replacement for your OE factory lock-out collar. Our lock-out collars are sure to match the interior of your 2015-2016 GT, EcoBoost, or V6 Mustang. You will not need to worry about getting stuck without reverse capabilities, our billet aluminum and delrin reverse lock-out collars will take the abuse and are backed by our Steeda lifetime warranty.

Manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in Valdosta, Georgia, we have CNC machined our reverse pull up collar out of 6061 billet aluminum or delrin to give your reverse pull up mechanism the strength to last a lifetime. Our Steeda S550 Mustang Reverse Lock-Out Collars install easily and completely replace your stock reverse lock-out collar.

I'm also including some photos to show you how it looks installed!

I picked up a competitor's version a while back; and compared to the Steeda, see that Steeda has 4 notches in where it mounts to the boot. making for a fool proof install.

Any plans to offer it in different colors?

Hmm not at this time, possibly in the future! :)

Looks awesome! I got mine to fix the annoying rattle I was getting from the factory reverse lockout. Theres an O-ring in this system that isnt shown that keeps it quiet as ever!

Are they compatible with aftermarket shifters? I'm highly considering an MGW in the coming months and would like to ditch this awful oem collar in the mean time.

Yes, but the MGW gets rid of the OEM Collar and is replaced with a jam nut. In other words this won't work with the MGW.

Here is some food for thought. I had the MGW shifter on my car for 2 days and I pulled it and sold it. I now have the Steeda Tri Ax shifter and I love it. It's also cheaper than MGW and I'm sure david@steeda could get you a good deal too.

Good question, as David had mentioned it is not compatible with their shifter since they utilize a push-down mechanism to engage reverse.
