I had my radiator replaced by the body shop fixing my car as they say it had some small damage to it, and i noticed after picking it up that there are 2 bolt holes that look like something should be attached to it, but they are telling me there was nothing there, so would just like to check with you guys if you know if there is anything missing here?

At about the 5:30 point of this YT video, it looks like that's where the radiator fan assembly is attached. Has your car by any chance been running hot since then?

Nah, its not the fan shroud mounting points as they are on the back side of the radiator, not the front. And the fan is definitely there.
And no, its only these two on the passenger side. Nothing on the driver side.

If you had an automatic, that's where the transmission cooler would be mounted.
