here is a video of the axle back kit, the full system i couldnt find a clip for but its louder due to resonator delta pipe.. axle back kit is part # 19179, you can use the full system in either format...

Does this require any cutting to the factory exhaust, or does this fully take its place and the factory exhaust can be just bolted back on?

Its a complete bollt on. the clamps come off in front of resinator and the pipes clamp in. Only cutting is if you decided to use just the mufflers &/or some pipe like a axle back.
