Question on the driving mode specifically on Snow/Wet setting.

Do you think this would increase the gas mileage in city driving?

No. You might cause some road rage but saving gas not so much.

Then why a GT?
Plus you can easily drive just as fuel saving in normal mode than in snow/wet mode. The difference is you will have the power response getting out of sticky situations in normal mode.

I just enjoy the fact that I have the option to use that V8 or not.

I noticed the RPM dropped about 300-400 per gear so just wondering if that would make any significant impact on the MPG.

Your RPM shouldn't drop just because throttle response. It's manual so whatever gear you are in, you will get exact rpm at same speed. It's physics. Now I am not saying Ford is secretly displaying speed faster than actual speed to increase safety in snow/wet conditions.
