Carried out overtaking manoeuvre (doing about 40 in a 60 zone). Damp road (had muddy tracker marks). Back kicked out. Through a hedge with some trees. Me and boy were both fine

Oh. Well, regardless of the car, I'm glad you're both okay. You did quite a job there!

Damn...... Of course glad you are both OK that is the most important thing. That was one serious impact by the looks of things. Rotten luck and I hope you are back on the road soon (with Mustang)

Bloody hell, not another one.

Only important thing is that you and your boy are fine.

Everything else can be replaced or fixed.

Shit man, I feel for you, you were parked next to me in the DIB car last Sunday and we had a chat.

More importantly glad you and the boy are fine. As much as I guess you are a little gutted, at the end of the day it's a car and the car can be fixed or replaced.

I know it's early doors but would be interested to see how long it takes to get fixed. I know Ian whu on here has had his car off the road for 6 weeks waiting parts.

Any old shite.

I would be surprised if it's fixed, looks written off to me, what with the roof being down and what looks like the nearside pillar dented. I wouldn't want it back after that.:(
Good luck with getting everything sorted out and I'm glad you are both ok.

Note what looks like a buckle in the roof and at the top of the A pillar where it joins the roof over the nearside door... I don't think this is gonna be fixed... it's a total!

Glad you and the boy are OK. As you state... says a lot for the car if you walked away from it with that amount of damage.

Having seen a few of these now it's gonna teach me to really respect just how much power they have!
