Roush CAI Issue with Blue Oval Industries

Bought a Roush CAI for my 2022 GT on sale from a Ford/Roush dealer in Virginia shipped to Florida. Installed today & as I am finishing realized there are no bolts to hold the filter down or the cover. Missing 2 bolts for the filter & 6 for the cover. Contacted the Ford dealer & was told they'd handle it. Also called Roush in Livonia & they verified the 8 bolts would be sent. Few minutes later get an email from Roush saying the CAI has not been tested on a 2022 & to take it off/send back to dealer for a refund. Contacted the dealer who said no return or refund. It will fit a 2022. I reseached & it doesn't have the CARB for a 2022(didn't know before purchase). I don't know if I'm getting the bolts now or not or what to do.

Here’s the disclaimer on CJPP site. So it will fit however it’s not EPA approved for 2022 so Roush has to say to return so they don’t get in trouble. As long as the internal diameter of the intake tube is the same as stock, the Roush should work and not cause issues with the air/fuel tables from the factory tune. But I haven’t tried it to confirm. Factory air box is pretty darn good, just threw in a Green filter for a little better airflow.

It isn't. So got the Roush & Ford Performance coil covers. To much $ & no common sense. Lol. Just want my missing hardware.

The FP covers are nice, I’ve been looking at those, although I don’t totally hate the surfboard engine cover from factory either

Engine cover ugg. Idk the covers are small & $150 was steep but they are on now. Can hear the injectors more which I like.

I have it installed on my 2022 Roush with no issues. I talked to Tindol Roush where i got my car, about it. Who deals directly with Roush in Michigan. Again no issues what so ever and no codes.

That would be nice but that ship has likely sailed. I guess nobody wanted to spend the time or $$ to make one that fits with the DI pump.
