This is my take on the grabber blue, one of the best color that isn't available on the new Mustang. :frusty:

I'd make the base brightness value about what it is on the rear fender with more cyan thrown in the mix to make it look like grabber. Looks hawt tho.

Your render makes it look great...but I honestly think it won't look right on a regular S550. I was very upsett that grabber blue wasn't offered at first, but I've since come to the conclusion that the color is just too soft on this car unless you're talking an aggressively styled sub model.

Grabber blue works so well on the S197 because of the blockier retro shape...I think it'll been too "girly" on the S550 as is. I'm thinking a new shade of blue that's a little darker than grabber would fit the S550 much better. Deep Impact Blue, for example, looks great on this car...far better than it did on the S197...it's sort of a reversal from the prior car.

Something like your first render that's a tad darker would work better...almost more of a flat "Ford emblem blue" would be nice on this car.

That looks awesome, great work. It may sound silly, but I am waiting for grabber blue. If Ford doesn't use grabber blue down the road for this upcoming model GT, I'm just gonna buy a 13-14 GT.

Doesn't sound silly, Grabber Blue is a great color. I wish it were being offered with the 2015 because I'd give it strong consideration. Good luck with the wait, there's no guarantee that FoMoCo will bring it back soon but you can at least rest easy knowing that you could always do an aftermarket wrap to match that color one day.

Any chance the GT350 will see some special colors?

Most likely avalanche gray as mentioned. I found touch up paint for that color in the 2015 Mustang Ford Parts site.

I think we will may also see an option for bronze fire interior

and black with cashmere like the LE, but with out the logo.

LE version is different

also interesting finds were a yellow glove box door...

http://www.fordparts.com/Commerce/P...search=true&year=2015&make=Ford&model=Mustang

and Mustang KR seat covers

http://www.fordparts.com/Commerce/P...search=true&year=2015&make=Ford&model=Mustang

is the GT500 going to be a KR edition (King of the Road)?
