Remote start not working

Had my negative terminal disconnected as I was removing a jms pedalmax.

Connected battery and remote start just blinks red a couple times on fob and does not start the car.

In the past I have been able to fix by disconnecting battery for 10 minutes or so. That is not working this time.

Had it at dealer to look at some other issues and had them check the remote start. They are claiming it needs new key fobs, which I don't believe to be an issue.

Is there a fuse I can pull or any other suggestions?

Car is a 15 premium

Probably not the case, but you're not running with a check engine light, right? My remote start didn't work when I had a CEL for cat inefficiency when I installed my longtube headers. When I got the tune and cleared the CEL, it worked like normal again.

Nope, no CEL.

This happened before when I disconnected battery(to first install the pedalmax). Remote start would not work.

I simply had to cycle it a few times(battery disconnect/reconnect).

I need to fully reset the "car". It is storing the radio stations and such. When I had success before I think it fully reset it. I thought there was a fuse to pull in order to do that.

low fuel light on? that will also cause a no start.
