Currently running stock 255/40/19 (width 9) and 275/40/19 (width 9.5) Michelin PS4s. Those Michelins look pretty fat on those wheels so I wondering what a good size wheel would be for 275/35/20 front and 295/35/20 rear. Currently looking at 10" and 10.5, sticking to the Michelin PS4s for the new tires.

Just go square 10 and drastically simplify your life. On 10s you can run 265 thru 285 no problem and if you want some bulge 295.

Staggered is just dumb, esp since nobody can tell unless they get down on the ground and whip out a ruler.

You can run 26 thru 28" diameter tires with most people hovering close to 27. Unless you're extremely anal nobody bothers to tweak the ECU for new wheel size so as to make mph more correct. The ecu/abs doesn't care

Hadn't really looked too much into squared setups. Big reason I am going this route is to fill up the wheel arches with more wheel and also have them close to being flush without running a spacer.

Looking at the Velgen VF5 which come with a 30 offset for the 10" and 45 offset for the 10.5". The fronts are way more tucked in atm so would need a more aggressive offset to have it about even front and rear. Offset 30 with the 10" on the rear would be too much I think, and 10.5" with a 45 offset would be too little for the front.

Side note the 30 offset would make the wheel off center compared to stock, how big of a deal is that really?

It's not a factor worth considering.

If you want flush x10 et 35. There are a gazillion pics of those in the photos thread. I don't know if they are as flush as you desire, however. 5mm worth of spacers is perfectly fine and needs no extra consideration.

Waiting for my Velgen VF5 9.5" front and 10.5" rear to arrive. Sticking with the staggered setup, I like how the car drives atm very prediticable. And since I am changing my now 5 year old tires I am not too worried about not being able to rotate. PS4S holding up surprisingly well.

So will be sticking with those as well, got a nice get 4 pay 3 deal on tires until the end of june over here :)
