Yep, extend your tip a bit further. The heat is melting the plastic.

Can anyone tell me the steps to pop the reflector out? Thanks in advance

I just checked and found I have the same issue. I have an ecoboost with the stock downpipe, only exhaust mod is Magnaflow catback exhaust and my driver's side reflector is warped. There is tint on the reflector, that's why it looks different.

Thread revival. I am having the same issue with my rear valence reflectors. It seems that they cannot take the extreme heat of the MBRP Race exhausts. My reflectors have melted to the point of distortion, so I will have to replace them and pull the exhaust tips further out.

Mine warped like that with the stock exhaust. Only on one side and it hasn’t gotten any worse.
