Haven't received it , Voodoo. Will let you know if I do. BTW, is Ford mentioned anywhere in the letter? Do you think it's a scam? Have you taken the survey, what kind of question did they ask? Did you get a virus, worm or any other malwear from visiting the site? Thanks for any info.

Any hints about 'future vehicles' you mentioned? Sometime these surveys ask things like "which of these options would you be interested in if they were available"

It could give a hint of what's to come :shrug:

It's a survey asking about build quality, fit and finish, options, dealership satisfaction, flaws, etc.

If they are offering prizes, Then they want your personal info. I would file it with the rest of my junk mail

After doing some Google research, it appears to be legit. Ford contracts them to do their customer satisfaction surveys

Seems legit as long as they don't ask you for any personal information.
