Does your car pass all OBD readiness tests? Whipple just responded back that it is 50 state emissions legal, but did not answer my question specifically.

Yes, to be 50 state legal the monitors have to work. Will set with normal drive cycles on stock exhaust. Aftermarket pre-cat systems may be more of an issue.

Being 50 state legal kit seems pretty clear tho...

I run an earlier calibration (10/2015) using factory headers and EVERYTHING is ready.

I just passed my first emissions check in Austin, TX.
They got all codes set via computer and did not even test tail pipe.
