My procharger D1 came with a 4.88 pulley from procharger. Wondering what size pulley your kits came with? Local member just bought and installed his and his Kit came with a 4.75 on the D1?

Just got off the phone with Procharger actually. I order from Lethal and asked for 10 PSI from the D1SC and they hooked it up with PC to get me a 4.75 pulley. 4.88 is the standard from what the PC guy told me.

Something to think about...I have cat-less headers and am seeing 15psi at 7200rpm which is way more that I expected. :eyebulge: fast as hell but am a little worried about that much boost on 93oct. Lund hasn't said anything yet so it seems like everything is ok but I may pulley to a 4.88 to keep things a little safer...

The 4.88 is the last pulley that clears the hood....

So its not that its the "correct" one for the boost.
Just that its the last one that fits. LOL

Only way to limit boost at that point is to lower your max RPM.

NOTE: Cam timing in the tune also plays a HUGE HUGE roll in what boost the car makes.

I am in your boat might have to step down myself don't want to push my stock motor too hard and something let go. Going to stop by a local shop after work and get some advice.

so the 4.88 should be around 11-12 psi right?

Lund will be tuning shooting for a safe 650ish. How do I know what belt to get?
