You have an issue not related to what knuckles you have. Did you install the correct rear mounted arms specific to a Non-GT-350 or GT350 arms? The ball joints are different and it changes your roll center.Are these the same as the base car? I ask due to my steering binding when I swapped PP control arms into my base car.
Yes torqued at ride height. I also switched to a bearing in the forward arm, same problem. At this point I have had them in and out and one at a time. Everything works until I install the rear arm. They are marked L and R so I did not put on the wrong side.Did you torque them at ride height? Your issue is not related to the parts used.

The tag on the left arm has FR3C-3A424-BA
One thing I did notice is it pulls into the knuckle easily. Like the shank on the ball joint is smaller in diameter than the original.
It's a 2017 base GT with auto trans.You have something else going on, what exact year and model vehicle do you have? What are the alignment specifications of your car?
