The top section of our bonnet is from an EcoBoost (no scoops). If its on the EB then logic dictates it should be on ours, too.

Guys do you know if US bonnets fit our EU mustangs? Any reason why it shouldnt fit?
I plan to buy one so i need your opinion?

We should have the pony emblem but I have not seen it so far.

Regarding US bonnet in EU mustangs, I'm not 100% sure. We have the stupid pedestrian safety feature and the hinges are probably different.

Lots of frosty mornings up here so far, no sign of a pony yet.
The pony showing in frosty weather is only been a theory so far. Noone has posted any pictures of it actually happening.

I don't think it will show just when it's frosty but only when it's frosty and you start driving. The heat from the engine might warm up the pony area quicker because it's thinner.

Just my theory though. If it does show up it will be facing the wrong way btw.

This means that the only way it is intended to be seen is from under the hood when you remove the protection. Probably the "you see the pony when it's frosting!" myth, is only a myth :shrug:
