Pmas cai cobra jet on s550?

I am starting to buy up all the parts for my cobra jet im install on my 15’ s550. I know pmas only has the cai for 11-14 but have seen people use this on the s550. Curious if anyone here is running this 11-14 cai on an s550. I think the intake tube needs to be shortened, coolant resevoir relocated for fitment. Im not sure about the tub though, anyone know if it will fit or what mods ate needed?

Any speculations when pmas will come out with a 15+ cai for cobra jet?

Yes we've done these installs locally you do have to modify the cat it does work well once together we have a local customer going 11 thirty's making 525 will you can actually see his build on here

Unknown at this time. We offer the 15+ heat shield with our kits and it makes the install a bit easier. Need to trim a bit, still. We can help you out via phone, email, or text. Let me know.

I haven't had a chance to run it yet, but so much has changed, I won't be able to give you an honest answer on the filter.

EVIL!!! Dang brother I'm so sorry. I made you the bracket and painted it and bought the extra hardware to go with it and put it in on the shelf and forgot about it!!! It works great I made mine and tested it out then made an exact replica for you. I'll text you and get it in the mail my bad bro

The race filters flow more air. But don't stop the smaller dirt particles

My solution to the issue of length.
Cut the tube down, thereby losing the vacuum connections.
Removed the section I needed, traced the shape on the tube, used a soldering iron to mark the shape (easier to see once plastic starts flying everywhere during cutting).
Placed old tube inside to serve as a jig.
Welded the plastics together using a soldering iron and the offcuts as filler rod.
Needs a bit of a clean up but once finished it'll look pretty much perfect.
