Hi guys, currently own a 2019 GT 401A PP1 A10 mustang, every options including magneride and active exhaust so it is pretty heavy.

Went to the dragstrip last year on stock wheels, could not get traction, ran something like 12.9 and was pretty disappointed.

Bought vms wheels ( 18x9.5 front, 17x10 rear ) some ET Street SS radials, a 93 octane tune and a PMAS fenderwell intake.

Went back to the drag strip 2 weeks ago, weather was pretty cold ( 9 degrees celcius ) and managed a 11.4 @ 124 with a 1.8 60 ft.

That means the car could run really low 11s with a faster 60ft with basically no mods and 93 octane.

Stock exhaust, stock headers, stock manifold, no weight reduction except for rear seats. I am more than happy to say the least!

I love when folks post this stuff. I get to see what these cars can do without beating up or adding stuff to mine. Good job. :like:

Nice.
Ah, I remember the days when I was happy my new showroom fast car ran high 13's.
It is amazing what comes out of the factory today. 12.9's stock isn't anything to sneeze at.
The real question is now how bad of a bite did the speed bug give you?
It is a costly addiction with no known cure.
High g load launches are a known way to keep the monster at bay, but that itch will get harder and harder to please.
Pray for the o/p's wallet .
I haven't run my s550 at the strip yet with time to play with it. just a one and done run as it rained after one run, I left soft and let off at the 4-5 shift as it got loose/sideways so the time was nothing to talk about mid 15's.
But does the s550 react to unhooking the front anti sway bar end links?

That is seriously fast for the mods.

What were your original increments?

Fantastic run! Got the 60' down a bit more and you should have consistent 11.0/11.1s.

I'm also impressed with these cars. Before the tune, I ran a best of 11.32 @ 123 in great air on front skinnies, rear bias ply DRs on 17x9 bullitts, with passenger out, rear seat delete, and rear IRS bushings/braces. Stock tune, stock exhaust from manifolds to tips, and stock air box. Added e85 tune and resonator delete X and ran 10.99 @ 125 with a bunch of 11.0x. Couldn't be happier for a car with heated/cooled seats, that'll pass emissions, and gets 28mpg when running 93 in the tank.

Congrats on the times and good luck with the mod bug!
