Piece of plastic obstructing the IC

Hey guys.
I have a problem and I can't figure what it is.
When I first saw the car, the IC was dented... I believe it was from factory.

Anyway after lots of arguments, they changed it, probably took it from the demo car that circled Europe. Idk which is worse, dented IC or used IC for 14000 KM....
They probably took off the bumper to install and they installed it back like a bunch of beginners. The right side is too tight or smth as the bumper isn't aligned with the hood and also there is a piece of plastic that has falled and is blocking half of the intercooler. Is a plastic between the upper and lower grille and I can move it as it wobbles when I push it.
I'm going to change my grilles in like a month and I wouldn't take the bumper off so many times.
Anything serious?
The last one is when I push the plastic up.

Looks like the dealer missed some plastic pins in the process of replacing your IC

Considering it's 15 degs Celsius outside, I guess cooling is not such a huge deal. It can wait a month or so until I take off the bumper again?

You took the bumper off or the dealer took it off? I mean exhaust temps probably don't really change much according to outside temp. Anything going into that IC is hot. However, I would imagine that there is some kind of EGT warning you would get if it was overheating

The dealer took it off. I'll take it off when I'll replace the grille.
I got no.warning and the intake temps.are between 20 and 40.degs.
