Now that the dust has settled, in the FORUMS opinion, which Performance mods
have the greatest return ie: HP gains.

Excluding

1. Flex Fuel changes.
2. Cat Removal.
3. Engine Error Codes.
4. Warranty Issues.

Thank You

Uh...you kinda narrowed it down to power adders only. So supercharger or supercharger.
He eliminated that with warranty issues. Lol

Essentially if you want to make additional power with this car you will be sacrificing the warranty.

Nothing.

100% best bang for the buck that fits all of your criteria except for the "HP gains" is simple: Track instruction at an HPDE event.

Oil seperators and driving skills....the car has plenty of power to do what it's designed to do , and that's demolish a road course. The only mods I would consider are lightweight wheels and better tires, but that's only after I have several track days under my belt.

OP, you literally leave 0 options to gain HP with the 4 criteria you laid out. The best bang for your buck, depending on budget, will be cat deletes with custom tune (93 or E85/flex fuel) or long tubes without cats with custom tune (93 or E85/flex fuel). The reason I give those two different options is because I think dollar per HP ratio favors the long tube combination but it's obviously going to be more expensive. You can still see good gains with our cat deletes and the Lund Racing tuning, but they won't be as significant as doing ARH/Kooks headers. We offer these types of packages and have moved several of them for the GT350 community.

If you can loosen up on the criteria, there's power to be made. When you are ready, don't hesitate to contact us!

What about a catback? magnaflow and borla both claim power gains. Though i haven't seen any independent tests yet...

FP has wrung out most of the power that is normally left on the table. The gains on 93 tune or CAI alone are an indicator of that. Of course you can always go FI but that is very expensive. My opinion for power is weight loss and track experience. I personally will be deleting the rear seat and adding the Borla or FP by Borla cat back that reduces weight also. Eventually when the pocket book allows, camber plates, a nice set of track wheels and rubber with more weight reduction in mind. With the cars natural exceptional balance, the weight reduction, in my opinion, will result in much faster lap times vs the CAI or tune or both (FI not included). However, I will not make said modifications until I have set my baseline in stock trim. Gain more experience and confidence in the car and you will be lapping many in no time

Lots of people seem to be interested in the Borla system.. We can't wait to get it to our customers.

So far I've gone with weight reduction and handling as my best perceived performance gains.

I've lost about 36lbs with resonator delete and Project 6GR R-Spec Wheels.

The handling gains happened when I went with R-Spec tires in the Cup 2's on said R-Spec wheels. They aren't carbon fiber wheels, but they do cost 1/4 the price for a full set compared to 1 carbon fiber wheel.

I probably gained about 1-2 hp changing to an Air-Raid filter, mostly because it's blue. ;)

As for modifying the exhaust? I am almost certain that, in Sport Mode, this stock exhaust is straight through. Remove the resonators and you have the GT350 R setup. The only hindrance = cats, which for obvious reasons would remain.

My next goal is to loose about 10-15 more lbs in the driver seat. :ninja:;)
