Does anyone have any vids or first hand reviews/experience with res-delete/replacement (x/h) as well as muffler delete? Currently looking for less-expensive alternatives to full CatBack systems with similar or better performance ratings (and by performance I mean auditory) ???

Any and all creative options less than your standard bolt on name-brand set up. If I wasn't planning a wedding, I'd have the Borla S type on my door steps tomorrow. So, as inexpensive as possible without sacrificing integrity of the set up and quality of sound. Lol. Kind of answered you without answering you.

well without a budget or a price range hard to make recommendation. but if you want to stay on the low end it's either roush axle back + x or h pipe. you can get the roush ab in the 400s to high 400s from vendors here and get x or h from 150-300 depending on brand. then there is mbrp catback as well or gibson. from there price goes up.

I had a custom made H-pipe welded in and left out the door for just under $100. I later added the Roush AB.

You can snag an aluminum MBRP catback for around $500 I think. PM team beefcake

This is probably a good start on a tight budget. If/when you feel like spending more, you can throw on the roush axleback. It sounds incredibly mean with a resonator delete (x or h).

I guess budget for a quality set up would be under 250

with that low about all you can do is muffler delete and have a custom xpipe in there maybe. just maybe. although with just xpipe and no mufflers would sound like butt to my ears.

Yea. See I never even considered that setup until I started seeing videos on Facebook and hearing other S550 owners say they love it. I am getting married next October, and all our money right now needs to go towards that. The system I want and would buy right now is the Borla S type catback, however that's $1200 I don't have right now. After the wedding, I will be going with that set up. What I'm looking for right now is a quality, inexpensive, alternative option to the higher priced, "name-brand" catback systems.

The video I shared above sounds like butt to you ? I believe that's an x w/delete
