I did look through other postings, I'll get that statements out the way. I bought a 2019 GT Premium. Love it, cant wait for my whipple to finally arrive. As I've had the car I've noticed some weird fitment things and wanted to know if this something others have too. Gap under the headlight, I can see under the headlight...and the hood appears to be closer to one side than the other causing the gap from hood to fender to be offset a bit from one side to the other l, and it's closer to one fender than the other. Adjustable? Thanks

Pretty much all of what you have mentioned I have on my 18. If you care that much just bring it in for them to align the panels properly. I just left it. Not that noticeable. The bumper on line shows the exact same gaps along with the fenders.

I posted in another recent thread that I had the hood alignment issue, and when I took it in for the first service, I asked them to adjust it. I think it's just a matter of loosening some bolts and moving into proper alignment, then tightening the bolts.

The gap under the lights would bug me, and I would definitely have it looked at as a warranty repair.

I was washing the car last night and noticed a huge gap under the passenger headlight. Looks like the picture posted above and I can see the wire harness inside. Came on here to search for a fix. Drivers side is perfect. I don't know how I didn't see it until last night.

Yep I have the same fitment issues on my 2018. It doesn't look as bad in real life and didn't bother me enough to get it fixed.

And there is the question: does it bother us badly enough to risk having the dealer make it (or something else) worse? My GT has some minor panel fit issues and I am going to ignore them or fix them myself.

The bigger question is how do you fix it? Does anyone have the procedure for adjusting the front bumper cover? If I have to take the whole front off, it isn't worth it.

It's the standard S550 option,it's listed under poor Q/C.

On mine, the gap is such that it would be mostly evened out with the drivers side, simply by lowering the light fixture somehow. The driver side light has more of a small, but even gap all the way around.
