Available starting 3/11 from Lethal Performance are the Ford Performance high lift cams for the cross plane crank guys running the 5.2L Voodoo coyote cylinder heads.

Ford Performance 5.2L Coyote High Performance Cams

Now you can take advantage of the new heads on your 5.0L that come standard on the GT350 5.2L motor.

Featuring 14mm lift and 270 degree duration on both intake and exhaust, these cams will really extend the RPM range of the 5.0L that is using the Voodoo heads. These are also the same cams that Ford Performance used on their 5.2L Coyote build that made well over 600 hp naturally aspirated.

Other components that are needed to complete the install are the 5.2L roller finger followers (will be active tomorrow, available 3/31) as well as cam phasers and chains.

If you guys have any other questions about these conversion parts, let us know!

Thanks

Well...the same cams plus a little 100 octane racing fuel exhaling through long tube headers.

Would you take 14mm lift with 270 duration over 13mm lift and 290 duration like the CJ cams?(open question to anyone)

As a reference point...these cams are somewhat similar to Comp Stage 3's..which I believe were 12.5mm lift and 276 duration on intake.

Something to keep in mind is that the Coyote family are very restricted on the intake side. A few folks over at SVT have speculated that keeping the exhaust cams as is but swapping in intake cams might provide all the gains without low and midrange losses.

I've heard the exact opposite, with further evidence from the gains given by longtube headers vs intake swaps.

There's a pretty pronounced difference between intake/exhaust path and the intake/exhaust cams...

Cams don't make sounds, unless you are banging them against something. If you are referring to idle lope, that would be all in the tune thanks to variable cam timing. You can make the stock cams idle like a racecar, or make these cams idle like stock.
