My 1st Issue with my 2015 GT

So I get in my car to drive to work, start it up as usual and notice no pony on the radio, in fact no radio on the radio.

Head to work start to play with the radio, and no radio, no cd nothing.

Pulled over and stopped the engine, opened the door, then restarted everything, still nothing.

I can set the clock that's it.

I have the base radio, please someone tell me this is a simple fix and not a dealer appointment kind of deal.

Anyone have this kind of issue yet?

Any info is appreciated.

might sound sarcastic but did you press the button in the center of the volume control that powers on the radio i know it sounds dumb but it can happen

Disconnect the battery and reconnect it. My nephew has the base radio and it does the same thing. This works for him.

A few people have had this issue on here there use to be a thread with info in it but I can't find it. It happened to me twice in my base car. The solution I don't think anyone found one eventually/randomly it would start working again

Thanks for all the tips, it was not the power button. But at lunch it still did not work.
After work start the car and shes back, working???

If it does it again, take it in asap so dealer can duplicate the problem. This way it is on your vin and verified problem.

Hopefully they would have a fox for it or come out with one soon.

I had a 2013 fusion that did this, but I always chalked it up as the unit updating itself. It always came back. Must have happened 3-5 times in the year and a half that I had it.

awesome that its working has anyone noticed on the base trim if you shut off the ac sometimes it will turn right back on ?
