I would have liked to see an identical engine with an exact test with the oil removed, then water added without MotorKote.
That result would be more beneficial in comparison side by side.
Water is still a lubricant over dry. It’s amazing how long an engine can run with just water. Take a look how long engines ran (and revved to the moon) when the super abrasive medium of Silica was added to crankcases during the “Cash for clunkers” useless promotion.

I used it once on a work van I had E250 with a 5.4 that the engine developed a knock when I was out of town on a job. I just wanted it to make it home, not only did it eliminate the knock that motor was so whisper quite after words it was insane. I continued to drive it after that for a year and added motorkote every other oil change then sold it to a guy that drove it to Texas.
