Initially I had 305/35R19 on 11 inch rims on back. 295/35R19 10 inch front. Front tires looked great but tramlined badly. So I just got a new set of tires. Kept the rear the same. But downsized to 275/35R19 to cut down on tramline. It is a huge change in width/profile going from a 295 to a 275. They drive great but don't fill the wheel well like the 295's. Do the front tire profile look too small vs the back? View attachment 501646

Wheel gap looks larger on the front IMO. Most likely that 275/35R19 is a shorter tire, hence your wheel gap has increased.

Isn't it amazing the difference in height the anti lock and tcs will allow in front to back tire diameters?..well anyways thanks Ford for giving us some wiggle there..Has anyone ever experienced the allowable "height difference limit" when sizing tires front to back?..codes or warnings?

True. Either 295 looks great. Tramlines badly. Or 275 rides great. Looks not as good.

Yeah, tramlining is part of the game with these cars, especially if you have wide and sticky tires. I've learned to co-exist with it. I had to learn how to not make so many tiny corrections as sometimes you'll feel it through the steering wheel but car won't actually pull. You could swap the 275/35 for 275/40 if they make it - that might get the look you're going for.

Picture with the 295's. Driving on Louisiana's shitty roads was unbearable. Also 295's on 10 inch rims felt unstable. The 275's driving is great.

Ohh, that is a little too wide for that rim. Better to run 275 or 285.

Michelins also tend to run wide. Pro tip: for best wheel fitment (handling) look at Tire Rack's tread width figure. Best to pick a tire with a tread width slightly narrower than the rim width - up to 0.5". Ignore the section width as it is not really relevant. There was a great article about it floating around here recently - MotoIQ I believe.

I think it looks ok too..only noticeable if you make a point of it..but I guess I could be a bit bias being I have 19's(10&11wide) with 255/40 and 285/40..
