Where I see Camaro is not the front, rear, or the roof line. It's the side of the car, especially toward the rear. (Marked in the pic.) That, combined with the absence of the horizontal lines on the side of the S550.

I've done the manual V8 thing, now I want to try something different. If the GT got the Tremec, it would be a different story though.

I get why Ford use the MT-82, clearly its cheap, but the Mustang is not a cheap vehicle anymore, so why not just use the Tremec across the board.
I'm gonna tell the queen on you for your poor taste.

Lol but for real, the A10 is pretty good. My only complaint with it personally is that it feels so eager to lug the motor when you're trying to drive normally.

My only complaint on the A10 is that when you downshift it the engine "rev matches" whatever gear you select so it takes a few seconds before you actually feel the car begin to decelerate. I've tapped the downshift paddle 4 times quickly to get from 10 to 6 and due to the rev match, it takes a few seconds before I actually feel it decelerating. On my Honda, when I tape the downshift paddle, it immediately begins to decelerate; wish my GT did the same thing. But I do love the acceleration, especially in Sport mode, very sharp, crisp upshifts.

Looks like the offspring of a mustang and a charger ( not a good thing) slower then the 2018 to 2021 A10. Tech crap and interior I would think only a hatch back 20 year old owner would care about. Other then that it’s alright ..

When I first saw the car I thought they designed it for 20 somethings and priced it for 50 somethings.

I think that's exactly what they did. Maybe they figured some of us old guys would buy one for our kids........

It's an "update", but they didn't really add anything, outside of body panels and intake design. I have no idea why they didn't put in a heads' up display, at least as an option...ok, I know why, Ford is known to cost cut whenever they can...My 21 GT doesn't have a friggin glove box light. I would think Ford would want to match and outdo options from similar makes, ie. camaro.

I like the front end a little bit more that I do the rear. However, it'll probably grow on me over time. It usually does.
Agreed! Front looks nice but I am not a fan of the new S650 rear. Overall a nice extension of the current platform with plenty of new features and great technology.
I did come across some gloss black deck lid panels in the Ford accessories and new for sale on ebay... Really hoping someone puts it on and posts about it. Might get me to eventually upgrade.

Um…

Went to the dealer in Waterloo with my wife as they have a couple in stock.

NOPE! When my wife curses and says “Wow! They really f#%’d up the car!” I know it’s a complete no go.

I honestly thought before seeing it in person “how bad can it be?” Well, it’s worse!

I actually don’t mind the interior with all the displays and crap…. Not a game changer. To me that’s the least offensive part. The back end looks like a Hyundai the way it cuts back into the car. The front end is pure Camaro with those headlights. It has zero appeal to me or my wife.

We did go by the Jaguar dealer just down the road though and had a look at the F Type R (15k km) and a “used” (1500 km) C8 corvette. Both the used Jag and used Vette were in the 112k price range with the 24 Mustang in the 70k range.

Going to pass on all of them. I’d really like the California T but…$200k +. NOPE!

Your mileage may vary…
